On Monday night the girls played SJL to start of a very busy week of Hockey. Rebecca King stepped in to the breach to play in Goal!! She picked it up very quickly, came away with a clean sheet and having put her Dance ability to great use to entertain the girls. Another great win for the girls, 9 - 0. Laura Malley had a fantastic match picking up her forst hat - trick, Olivia Almond also scored 4!! Other goals came from Anna Biggs and Libe Fadrique.
This evening the year 9 girls played their final match in the group stages of the county cup. The final match was again John F Kennedy School. The win was hard fought but as usual our girls kept the pace up, worked incredibley hard and gained a well earned 3 - 0 victory.
This was by far our most challenging match in the cup to date; our next big challenge will be the semi's and hopefully the final next Tuesday 12th March at Queenswood School. All details on the year 9 page.
